Errors while recharging via iTunes or Google Play

  • To recharge via iTunes or Google Play, make sure that you added credit card payment method to your Apple ID account or Google Play
  • If you recharged successfully via iTunes or Google Play and your in-game balance did not increase, please wait for a few minutes or logout your character and login again.
  • In some cases with unstable connections... payment progress via iTunes or Google Play can be interrupted. Therefore, please wait for a while and try again. If your credit card balance already subtracted money and you don't receive anything, please send your Apple or Google Play receipts to our CS email support@mobgame.mobi with some information: game name, character name, server name, the time you got the error, version name (iOS or Android OS) and other details which can help us to solve your problem.
